Don't eat for at least an hour after you pill. 2. Avoid goitrogenic foods 3. When you're making your appointments to test TSH attempt to make them at the same time of day and be consistent in what you do before the appointment (i.e. always fast or always eat a similar meal)<br />Hopefully you'll be back in range soon!waiting and wishinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12159033292946238622noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1831116088961427499.post-19732141776861706122011-11-11T19:43:36.481-07:002011-11-11T19:43:36.481-07:00Sorry to hear that your thyroid is playing up... Then I take a shower, get dressed, and then I eat breakfast, which is usually cereal with milk. I dilly dally while I put on my make up, so there is usually about an hour from levoxyl to cereal. I've read some that say you should actually wait 2 hours for dairy. The other change I made is that I take all of my vitamins at night before bed, instead of with my breakfast. I hope you can get it sorted out!Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02556722325372102710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1831116088961427499.post-30453029133005809982011-11-11T05:07:36.317-07:002011-11-11T05:07:36.317-07:00Just reading that sentence wanted to make me take ...Just reading that sentence wanted to make me take a nap.
